So, I was having writer’s block. Then I decided to brainstorm on Notepad and I actually got some good ideas. (Wait… I’m now adding Notepad. And Microsoft Word. And the word AND. And Waiting in lines. And the word WAIT. And endless lines.)![]()
Well, the result is: now I have MANY ideas. I mean MANY ideas. 158!!! And I guess it’s over that, too, because I might have missed some when I counted them. So, in the next few paragraphs, I might talk a little bit about some selected subjects. I’m gonna delete the most general ones (e.g., Cats, Books) or the ones I don’t really have much to talk about or don’t feel like talking about right now (e.g., MSN, Having a headache) or the ones which might be too personal (not including examples here! Ha, ha, ha). Then, finally, I’m gonna have to make a small, careful selection until I have a single subject left.

So many stuff...
And it is…
Pseudonyms

Many names
Wouldn’t it be just fun if you became famous and changed your name? I like my name, but wouldn’t it be so cool if I could change it to, umm, I don’t know, Lily-Violet Wheeze, or Leila Longer? I don’t know, something that sounded good. Better than our real names.
I also did some research and gathered some names of famous people that actually AREN’T their real names:
Woody Allen-Allen Stewart Königsberg
Julie Andrews-Julia Elizabeth Wells
Fred Astaire-Frederick Austerlitz
Lewis Carroll-Charles Lutwidge Dodgson
Coco Chanel-Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel
Tom Cruise-Thomas Cruise Mapother IV
Sally Field-Sally Margaret Field Mahoney
Jimi Hendrix-James Marshall Hendrix
Audrey Hepburn-Audrey Kathleen Ruston (afterwards Ruston-Hepburn)
Elton John-Reginald Kenneth Dwight
Rudyard Kipling-Joseph Rudyard Kipling
Freddie Mercury-Farrokh Bulsara
Carmen Miranda-Maria do Carmo Miranda Da Cunha
Marilyn Monroe-Norma Jean Mortenson (afterwards Baker)
Demi Moore-Demetria Gene Guynes
Mother Teresa-Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart-Johann Chrysostom Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Meryl Streep-Mary Louise Streep
Mark Twain-Samuel Langhorne Clemens
Stevie Wonder-Stevland Hardaway Judkins (afterwards Morris)
Natalie Wood-Natalia Nikolaevna Zakharenko (afterwards Natasha Nikolaevna Gurdin)
SEE!! I’m finally free!! I beat… WRITER’S BLOCK!!

Obs: that’s why I put “Cute” as a category
!!

Obrigada, vou corrigir.
